Abstract

The article deals with the features of the incomes of the regional budget of the Odessa region. In terms of revenue structure, the components of tax revenues for the largest taxes, including personal income tax, single tax, tourist tax, are analyzed. Non-tax revenues of the local budget are funded, the share of intergovernmental transfers is considered. The general problems that exist when forming the revenue part of the city budgets, as an example of the regional budget of the Odessa region are outlined. The ways of reforming the mechanism of formation of the revenue part of the budget are presented in order to increase the efficiency of the activities of local authorities for the fulfillment of their functions.
