Abstract

Analyzed the specific features of team in Ukraine. It is determined that the feature of the Ukrainian team is the team spirit and the common values of the team, first of all communicative. Therefore, since the formation of the Ukrainian project team will continue at its development, the leader must constantly pay attention to "feed" the team spirit of the project team. Determined the basic criteria for selecting project team members. It is noted that the selection of participants in the project team is equally important to consider not only the skills, experience and personal characteristics of specialists, but also their psychological compatibility factor that ensured the unity of value orientation of applicants. Analyzed the basic psychological roles of project team members. It is noted that the project manager must possess as many psychological roles as possible. Identified the principles of project team management.
