The feasibility of reviewing the current situation in the statistical evaluation of the innovative development of the three-dimensional theory is determined. The contribution of techno-logical innovations to the ecological growth of Ukraine is estimated. The new requirements for the promotion of work at the working places are considered. The listed factors determining the disparities in the labor market are listed. The dynamics of the number of enterprises that have been engaged in innovation activities for the period 2016-2017 in Ukraine is analyzed. The author has statistically analyzed the actual contribution of technological innovations to economic growth in Ukraine and other EU countries.The costs of Ukrainian enterprises for innovation in recent years are estimated. It is concluded that an increase in the share of high-tech industries raises the requirements for the quality of labor potential and skills of employees, requires investment in skills development and re-qualification of workers.
