The urgency of the use of innovative forms of management of industrial enterprises in modern market conditions is substantiated. The concept of "subcontracting" is considered, which differs from existing taking into account changes of the markets in the conditions of the formation of the transformation of the market, characterized by the proliferation of the use of information and communication technologies. Represents a chain of preferences for a subcontractor and contractor who apply a subcontract. The classification of subcontracting relations, which differs from the existing inclusion of an additional feature, is "use by participants of subcontracting of information technologies", which gives the opportunity to distinguish industrial enterprises that have the potential for organizing subcontracting in the conditions of transformational processes in the market of industrial products. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the organization of the Subcontracting Center, the organizational structure, the principle and the scheme of its work are proposed. The marketing functions necessary for the functioning of the Center are described. The synergistic effect from subcontracting is shown.
