Abstract

The purpose of the artıcle is to study the policy of the Romanian occupation administration of the scientific development of humanitarian faculties of Odessa University. Complex historical research sanctified to the marked problems it does not exist for today. The scientific novelty of work consists in finding out of features of events of Romanian of occupation administration in humanitarian science of Odesa. Aim of this work to consider firstly, establishment of the of occupation mode; secondly, opening and activity of the Odesa university; thirdly, scientific and publishing activity of historico-philological and legal faculties. Certainly, at the terms of occupation it was not succeeded to renew an educational and scientific network in her pre-war scales. However what succeeded to be attained in the conditions of war-time, also small considerable success. A historico-philological faculty that had four separations was open: classic, philosophical, Russian and literature. There were open departments - Russian, general and ancient history. Here except defence of dissertations, the advanced study was conducted after three sections: literary, linguistic and historical. She consisted in reading of lectures of professors and teachers, on that students were assumed. There was the renewed activity of Society of history. Faculty of law, on that too the advanced study passed fruitfully enough, returned from nonexistence. An author comes to the conclusion, that Romanian power spared large enough attention to humanitarian science. The last was conditioned firstly by that Romanian of occupation administration hoped in support a local population, including Odesa; secondly, Romanians went out from that all territory of Тransnistrii is indigenously Romanian, exactly it became main conception that was developed, because had support from power. It so to say was a government order that time.
