Abstract

The subject of the study of this article is the diagnosis of financial equilibrium of the company as a complex economic phenomenon, which acts as an independent object of management. The purpose of the paper is to develop the methodological principles of a comprehensive diagnosis of the financial equilibrium of the company as a key function of managing it. Achievement of the set goal is carried out by means of research methods: dialectic approach, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, logical approach, integral analysis, trend analysis, graphic method. Definition of the definition of «diagnostics of financial equilibrium» is specified. The basic elements of the methodological foundations of the complex diagnostics of financial equilibrium are defined: purpose, tasks, principles, structure of methodical approach, algorithm and tools of its realization. The structure of methodical approach to complex diagnostics of financial equilibrium of the enterprise is substantiated. It includes two diagnostic units: an analysis of static and dynamic financial equilibrium. The algorithm of complex diagnostics of financial equilibrium is developed. It provides a consistent solution to the tasks of diagnosing financial equilibrium and achieving its goal. New instruments of diagnostics of financial equilibrium are offered - indices of its stability and stability. The index of stability of financial equilibrium of an enterprise characterizes the ability of an enterprise to withstand the negative influence of external factors. The index of financial equilibrium stability of an enterprise characterizes its wave dynamics in time. Development has received a toolkit for diagnosing the financial condition of the enterprise. The offered instruments of diagnostics of financial equilibrium are applied on the example of PJSC "Poltava turbomechanical plant". The practical value of the results of scientific research is to open the opportunity to assess the quality of financial equilibrium and to differentiate its unstable form, bifurcation, and the threat of bankruptcy.
