The article discusses the entity of labor productivity and the value of its growth in modern economic conditions. It is analyzed the dynamics of labor productivity of oil and fat enterprises in 2014-2016. The expediency of the use of multiple correlation and regression analysis to identify the quantitative relationship between labor productivity and the factors that affect its level at the enterprises of the oil and fat sector has been substantiated. It was proposed to search for future directions for the level of labor productivity increasing on the basis of activating the effect of the most important factors identified by means of a correlation-regression analysis. The developed economic and mathematical model made it possible to substantiate promising areas for increasing the labor productivity of oil and fat enterprises, namely: developing technology transfer, applying organizational and economic innovations and developing social partnership between various subjects of labor relations. It has been demonstrated that technology transfer will contribute to a more rapid dissemination of the scientific and technical achievements in enterprises by creating appropriate conditions, both at the state level and at the level of an individual enterprise. It is proved that the use of technology in the enterprise must be simultaneously carried out with changes in the methods of organization and management, that is, the introduction of organizational and managerial innovations, including corporate management systems. It was noted that the success of the implementation of the developed measures to increase labor productivity will depend entirely on the level of motivation of the company's personnel, which can be improved by creating a social partnership between the management and employees of the enterprise and ensuring an adequate level of social responsibility of the oil and fat enterprises.
