The article deals with the issues of improving the efficiency of managing strategic changes in enterprises through scientifically-based management methods. The author investigated the degree of profitability and the impact of effective management of enterprises on production from theoretical and practical points of view. According to this division, several factors were selected and highlighted in the article. Also in the article, the increase in the effectiveness of strategic changes was widely explained by the tables and stages. The responsibility of enterprise managers for strategic change was noted. It is noted that in the context of the global financial crisis, the issues of comprehensive study and research of the problems of managing strategic changes, which are revealed by the isolation and complexity of managing manufacturing enterprises. It is emphasized that important constituent parts of the strategic change management system in manufacturing enterprises are organizational and innovative changes. To identify the main ways to improve the management of strategic changes in enterprises, we have been divided into separate blocks – organizational and innovative changes, for the reason that they are crucial in the overall system of management of strategic changes. An important goal of strategic organizational and innovative changes is to participate in radical changes of an enterprise, which include: competition — competition in many areas means that consumers receive quality service, better quality and a wider range of products; competition occurs at the global level, and buyers can buy any goods on the foreign market; modern information technology significantly affects the way goods are produced, how intrafirm management takes place in the logistic system; innovation also has a significant impact on the formation of new products and their place in new markets, etc. All this indicates that manufacturing enterprises are able to achieve their innovative strategic goals. To this end, the heads of manufacturing companies in the achievement of strategic innovation goals should actively regulate their expenditures on technological innovation products throughout the entire period of activity of manufacturing enterprises.
