Abstract

The article is devoted to the research of problems of development and selection of management measures in the process of management of development of the enterprise intellectual capital. The attention is focused on the need to take into account the results of a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise, the analysis of the cost and efficiency of its reproduction. The article considers the peculiarities of the development of each type of intellectual capital of the enterprise, as well as the importance of comprehensively raising the level of development of all its types. It is proved that in order to create conditions for raising the level of development of the intellectual capital of an enterprise, it is necessary to form a set of measures based on the results of the analysis of the level of development and efficiency of reproduction of each of the components of the intellectual capital of the enterprise, and to distinguish the optimal set of management measures from the composition of their feasible options. It is established that the criteria for inclusion of the measure in the set of allowable for realization are the critical volume of vertical and horizontal reserves of development of the intellectual capital of the enterprise, as well as the level of investment efficiency in its reproduction. The feasible set of measures to increase the level of development of the intellectual capital of the enterprise, which, first, meets one of the three set criteria (focus on the use of vertical, horizontal reserves or increase the efficiency of reproduction costs, provided that the size of the vertical, horizontal reserve development or consumption reproduction of this component of the intellectual capital of the enterprise in the base period exceeds the critical value), secondly, leads to improvement the level of development of intellectual capital of an enterprise, at least by one of the established criteria, thirdly, does not impair the level of development of other components of intellectual capital has been substantiated.
