Abstract

The article is devoted to highlighting how energy is addressed and saved. It is proved that the main advantages in the implementation of the project are the reduction of specific costs for energy supply and personalization of accounting. Two levels of energy-saving and energy-efficiency measures in a housing stock, including technical, technological and energy-efficient components have been substantiated as well as the benefits of each in the complex application have been proved. The users’ need for innovations has been considered and the range of project consumers has been defined. The importance of the role of competitors and the need to explain the benefits of the project has been proved. For this purpose, a questionnaire was developed for potential consumers tested by online users. The comparative analysis between the ordinary house and the «passive» has been made on the basis of selected indicators: energy efficiency, thermal efficiency, reliability, cost. A consumer benefit card that included the following components: productivity, simplicity, convenience and risk minimization, interest and image, environmental friendliness has been developed. The coefficients of project autonomy and product boundaries of the innovation market as well as the coefficients of optimization and sustainability of the project have been calculated. The results of the calculations show that only the coefficient of commodity boundaries of the innovation market has a negative tendency. The calculation of the budget for the initial implementation of the project for an average house indicates the need for startup capital of 513050 UAH. The existing budget in AJOAH has been analyzed and the need for credit funds of 200,000 UAH has been determined, which allows attracting a mechanism of support of energy-saving measures, thus 82 apartments will receive 1148 UAH assistance after project implementation.
