Introduction. The possibility of using innovative business models in the management of innovation implementation at an industrial enterprise is evaluated. The use of innovative business models for innovation management is offered. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to develop guidelines for the organization of innovation process at the enterprise, taking into account the interaction of individual units of the enterprise and the risks that arise in the implementation of innovations. Results. The management algorithm of innovations introduction at the enterprise is developed taking into account risks. The comparison of various systems of planning of introduction of innovations at the enterprise is resulted. Measures are developed for the management organization process of innovations introduction at the enterprise. The components of the management system for the innovations implementation at industrial enterprise have been developed. There was taken into account that in management theory have several approaches to the allocation of general management functions choosing an approach to their classification. The classification with the following components of management functions is chosen as the basic one: organization, planning, distribution, control, analysis. Tasks of innovations introduction management are systematized on the general management functions. The production structures and employees job responsibilities of a number of industrial enterprises were analyzed, it allowed to determine the existence of problems with these tasks compliance of innovation management at the enterprise. Conclusions. The list of innovation management tasks is generalized, they have to be performed in the process of planning and implementation of innovations. The practical significance of the study is to develop a methodology for the innovative activities management formation at industrial enterprises using innovative business models, taking into account the risks.
