Aim. The purpose of the work was to theoretically-conceptually and practically substantiate the innovative modernization of entrepreneurship in terms of increasing innovative demand. Methods. The main methods of this research were the method of comparison, logical and economic analysis, synthesis, generalization, content analysis. Results and discussion. This article is devoted to theoretical and practical issues of innovative modernization of entrepreneurship in Ukraine and the world. The main attention in the article is paid to the definition of factors-stimulants and disincentives of digitalization. The conditions for innovative modernization are highlighted: the establishment of cooperation processes between entrepreneurs, government, universities, corporations; access to human and financial capital; new digital scalable products and services; the rate of change of competitors. It is stated that economic growth and resumption of innovation activity in Ukraine is possible due to the gradual increase of the initial level of digitalization and high rates of development of this sphere, adaptability and institutional support of innovations under new conditions of long quarantine restrictions. The state of infrastructural support of small and medium business in the regions of Ukraine is investigated, its disproportion is proved. Based on the content analysis of theoretical sources, the author’s definition of the category of innovative modernization of entrepreneurship is proposed as a chain continuous process of triage of valuable ideas, the embodiment of the results of innovation and obtaining the desired key performance indicators. The main innovative products that change the basic values, style and standard of living of Ukrainians (Privat24, original logistics solutions, gadget for remote interaction with animals, literacy and unique text testing, etc.) are highlighted. It is proved that the existing innovative potential of Ukraine is its core competence, which needs to be further strengthened and developed.
