Abstract

The purpose of the article is to analyze the dynamics of the formation of sources of financing for assets of enterprises in the main industries of Ukraine for the period 2018-2019, to identify the strengths and weaknesses of their financial condition and solvency. Method. The system-analytical method was used during the research; methods of dynamics analysis - to identify trends in financial stability and solvency; methods of structure analysis - to determine the capital structure of enterprises; tabular method - for visual display of information. Results. The article analyzes the composition and structure of funds of enterprises in the main industries and the sources of their financing, which revealed the main patterns in the use of capital. Enterprises in the industrial and construction industries are characterized by a high degree of financial risk, as evidenced by the large share of borrowed capital in the amount of funding sources. The extremely low share of equity capital affects the degree of dependence of enterprises in these industries on borrowed capital. Scientific novelty lies in identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the formation and use of financial resources of enterprises in agriculture, industry, construction, the formulation of management decisions aimed at reducing the degree of financial risk. Practical importance. The results of the analysis of the structure of assets and liabilities revealed the problems of forming the resources of Ukrainian industrial and construction enterprises. The high financial level is low, the solvency of enterprises requires the adoption of appropriate management decisions to improve their financial condition. The agricultural sector is distinguished by a high level of solvency, financial independence, but the share of profitable enterprises in this sector is not high.
