Abstract

The purpose of the article is to determine the basic conceptual provisions of the management of organizations in the digital economy. The methods used in the article using a logical generalization to determine modern concepts of organization management; a systematic approach to substantiate the main directions of development of organizational management in a digital economy. The influence of digital economy on change of classical functions of management of the organization is revealed in detail. It is proved that for the modern management of the organization in the digital economy, the most promising is the network management concept, which requires the formation of digital competence of employees. It is determined that the new requirements for management and employees - is their understanding of the essence of advanced production and marketing processes, digital technologies and their interest in achieving the goals and priorities of the organization. The practical significance of this work is to bring the author's proposals to the constant conclusion that the use of digital technologies contributes to the effective implementation of management functions through the use of software, use of the latest tools to motivate staff, simplify the organization of managers through devices, artificial intelligence.
