Abstract
The purpose of the article is to provide a theoretical basis and determine the basic principles and methods of facilitation,
the use of which has a more significant impact on the activities of the enterprise at the present stage of development. The article
considers some theoretical and practical issues of facilitation technology. The definition and brief description of the facilitation
process are given. The relationship between facilitation and the concepts of "group", "group work" and "socio-psychological
climate" is substantiated. A brief overview of some facilitation methods is given and examples of their successful application are
given. The study of facilitation, like any other natural or social system, primarily involves a certain technology, i.e. the sequence of
this study. The study has several stages. The first is the accumulation of facts that characterize certain economic phenomena. This
is done by observation. In the second stage, the collected facts are analyzed and summarized. Their classification is carried out, the
most essential facts are selected from them. The third stage is reduced to induction and deduction, the establishment of relationships
between the analyzed facts, the definition and grouping of generalizations, on the basis of which certain concepts are formed.
Facilitation promotes the development of entrepreneurial activity by providing information and consulting support, stimulating
innovation and minimizing economic risks. The current state of Ukrainian enterprises, in particular the identified negative trends
in their development, necessitates the implementation of facilitation. In further research it is planned to form a scientific-applied
approach to the introduction of faсilitation in the activities of enterprises depending on their size and scope of economic activity
