Purpose. The work is devoted to substantiating the need and determining the role of implementing a corporate pension insurance system in Ukraine, taking into account global trends. Research methodology: The solution of the tasks set in the article is carried out with the help of the following general and special research methods: analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalization. The results showed the need to introduce corporate pension insurance in domestic practice, because in advanced countries the corporate system has been operating for a long time and also given that in Ukraine the situation with pension insurance remains difficult. Scientific novelty: models of corporate pension insurance show extraordinary efficiency in European countries and significantly reduce the burden on the state budget and the solidarity pension insurance system. Looking at the features of corporate pension insurance in European countries, we can conclude that there is an urgent need to revise the model of pension insurance in Ukraine. Practical significance: the article substantiates that further development of the pension system of Ukraine is impossible without any development of voluntary pension insurance systems, including corporate pension programs in various forms. The use of this type of pension will reduce the share of state pensions in the voluntary component.
