Abstract

The purpose of the article is to analyze the modern local network in the world market of hotel services. The development of the system of supranational regulation of the international market of hotel services is characterized by the progressive implementation of the joint efforts of international organizations to spread common approaches, standards and codes to ensure the effective development of national hotel businesses in the conditions of transnationalization. It provides for the formation of international legal acts and a system of international standards, which act as a compilation of the best practices of activity in the industry. The development of the system of international norms for the regulation of the hotel business is closely related to the development of the tourist industry. In the studies of foreign and domestic scientists, the issue of the evolution of the norms of international law, which regulates the tourism sphere in general and the hotel business in particular, has been worked out in sufficient detail. resistant to the dynamic and sustainable development of the tourism and hospitality industry, its condition and prospects are under the influence of many factors of both external and internal nature, acting both individually and complexly. It has been studied that all the variety of factors affecting the state and development of the tourism and hospitality industry are divided into external and personal motivational factors. The reasons and goals of unification, as well as various corporate management systems, are considered. The rating of the world's leading hotel chains and the rating of the best hotel brands have been compiled. The advantages of creating hotel chains are analyzed. It was revealed that in the conditions of the multiple influence of industry actors on the hotel product and its complex, one of the found strategic tools for the development of new sources of competences in the hotel business is cooperation with other participants in the industry and related or those that support the industry, i.e. form a network.
