Abstract

Approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "sustainable development", which is defined as the process of carrying out economic activity, that involves production and sale of goods, works or services based on a synergistic approach to the process of interaction of economic, ecological and social systems, which ensures the efficiency of economic functioning, have gained further development element in operational and strategic periods. In particular, attention is focused on the activities of enterprises during martial law. The management of the sustainable development of agricultural enterprises in the global environment is a complex system process that is related to such aspects of corporate management as competitiveness management, strategic management, environmental management, social development management, international management, the purpose of which is the production of environmentally safe products, as in, agricultural produce that will satisfy the needs of consumers, taking into account the formed culture of consumption, and the projected needs of future generations. Purpose. The main task of the work is to focus attention on the activities of business entities during the martial law and to continue the implementation of the ideas of sustainable development introduced by the United Nations. Method. Complex of general scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge. In accordance with the set goal, object, subject and tasks of the research, the following methods were used: dialectical, formal, comparative, synthesis and analysis, legal interpretation, historical method. Results. In the course of the study, the main tasks facing agricultural enterprises of Ukraine on the way to implementing the principles of sustainable development were formed. Practical significance. The implementation of the principles of sustainable development in the activities of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises is an important criterion for their competitiveness on the world market.
