In article the current questions about of feasibility of using business intelligence systems in the process of enterprise management. The article is aimed is to spotlight the peculiarities of implementation and using of business intelligence systems in the enterprise management. To achieve the formulated goal methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison and analogue were used. The article studies economic essence of the concept of business intelligence. The processes that cover business intelligences in order to improve management efficiency were described. In the modern world business intelligence systems are one of the most promising solutions in business-analytics. Power BI and Tableau are the most popular among the business intelligence services according to Gartner. They allow users, including business owners, to model, analyze, investigate, manage data and share results. The main stages of implementation of the system of business intelligences were considered. The ultimate goal of the implementation is to analyze the results of the built-up reporting and provide effective recommendations for management decision making and put them into practice. The advantages and challenges in their use were determined. The capabilities of business intelligence systems help to broaden the vision of analytics beyond providing a set of data and creating analytical panels to enriched contextual information, reorienting attention to decision-making processes and, as a result, implementing actions that benefit the business. The practical significance of the article lies in the rationale for the need of using business intelligence systems in the process of management activity. The use of business intelligence systems is a continuous process, which provides an opportunity to open new dimensions in the usage of information and data at the enterprise.
