Abstract

The purpose of the article is to identify the essence and improve the categorical apparatus of the theory of business process management under the influence of cyber-physical systems. In accordance with the goal, the following tasks are set: to improve and develop the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the theory of business process management, to determine the essence, components and structure of the business processes of the subject of entrepreneurial activity under the conditions of the influence of cyber-physical systems on it, to investigate modern models of business process management. The work defines that cyber-physical systems are intelligent systems that include engineering and interacting networks of physical and computing components. They penetrate into all spheres of human activity: production, construction, transport, energy, medicine, etc., where they provide new functional opportunities to improve the quality of life, allow to achieve technical progress in various areas and therefore have a significant impact on the world economy. The business processes of a business entity are a set of consecutive, complementary (interdependent, complementary, coordinated) actions that are carried out using cyber-physical systems and provide the business entity with its expanded reproduction (obtaining added value) and adaptation to business environment The main characteristics of the business processes of the subject of entrepreneurial activity under the influence of cyber-physical systems are detailed and supplemented, in particular such as: formation of consumer (added) value, interdependence and interconnection of all business processes at the enterprise, purposefulness, measurability, discreteness, continuity, manageability, reproduction, adaptability, complementarity. The content of the constituent business processes of the subject of entrepreneurial activity under the influence of cyber-physical systems is revealed, namely: inbound and outbound logistics, operational activities, infrastructure support, data and quality analysis and control, personnel management, information management, financial and material management resources, strategic development, development of personnel and organizational culture, innovative development under the conditions of their digitization and automation.
