Abstract

The article examines innovative methods of forecasting the economic wear and tear of infrastructure objects of railway transport, which is the basis of railway transport in Ukraine, ensuring the movement of rolling stock without restrictions in the specified directions. The purpose of the article is to develop forecasting methods for infrastructure facilities, which will allow, in the long term, to improve the economic efficiency of the functioning of transport construction enterprises, on the other hand, to improve the quality of maintenance and functioning of such facilities with the maximum return on their resources. The research methodology involves the use of the following methods: theoretical research (moving from the abstract to the concrete), empirical research (comparison, observation), general scientific methods (abstraction and concretization, induction and deduction, analogy), analysis and synthesis, etc. The relevance of solving the scientific problem defined in the article is that in modern conditions of total rational saving of investment resources, capital investments, the proposed forecasting method will allow more rational use of potential opportunities (technical, technological, economic) of transport construction enterprises. The results of the study are as follows: the method of forecasting the economic wear and tear of infrastructure objects and their elements is presented, which will allow obtaining the necessary information about the needs of resources for the work of transport construction enterprises at any moment in time, with the aim of completely or partially eliminating economic wear. The level of economic wear and tear is justified in this way infrastructural facility and is the starting point for the need to involve transport construction enterprises. The originality and practical value of the research lies in the fact that the article systematizes the existing directions of economic justification, taking into account the specific features of the functioning of transport construction objects. The conclusions of the study are as follows: the proposed forecasting method for infrastructure facilities will improve the economic efficiency of the operation of transport construction enterprises, as well as improve the quality of maintenance and functioning of such facilities. The results of the conducted research can be useful for various enterprises of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia", whose sphere of competence includes transport construction, repair and maintenance of infrastructure facilities.
