The article defines the essence of the concept of corporate social responsibility and reviews recent studies aimed at assessing the impact of corporate social responsibility in the activities of enterprises. The state of corporate social activity in Ukraine is highlighted and the influence of the war on its development is indicated. The main advantages that companies receive when managing an enterprise on the basis of corporate social responsibility are listed, namely: improving relations with interested parties, increasing the trust of consumers and investors, as well as reducing risks associated with business sustainability. Using the example of "MEDIA-MAX" LLC, a modified SPACE-analysis matrix designed to assess the state and choose a further strategy for the company was studied and tested. A matrix of the strategic position of corporate social responsibility has been built by the method of SPACE analysis. The ways of overcoming weaknesses in the conduct of waste management activities and the prospects of responsible activities in the context of the strategic development of the MEDIA-MAX LLC enterprise have been identified. The conducted research showed that the implementation of CSR principles at "MEDIA-MAX" LLC has the greatest impact on the financial condition and financial attractiveness of the enterprise, as well as on its internal and external environment, ensuring the stability of the environment. The positive impact of the implementation of the CSR strategy on increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise by improving its image, increasing sales volumes, penetrating international markets, attracting and retaining loyal customers, using advanced technologies, reducing costs and attracting investments has been proven.
