The purpose of this article is to substantiate the theoretical foundations and develop practical recommendations regarding the peculiarities of managing the adaptation of enterprises to mines during the war. The article examines the problems of managing the adaptation of enterprises to changes during the war period, among which the destruction of infrastructure, supply restrictions, changes in market conditions and threats to security are presented. The types of organizational changes are considered, the model of the change management process at the enterprise is analyzed, which can be divided into certain stages, which include preparation, implementation and implementation of changes. It is noted that when performing the above measures, it is possible to assess the organization's readiness for changes and plan the enterprise's activities in detail. The results of business operations during the war period are presented, the change in the gross domestic product of Ukraine during the specified period is studied, the structure of business relocation is developed, business problems that prevent enterprises from restoring and developing business are presented, recommendations are given to improve business conditions. In order to stimulate business under martial law, the following was proposed: creation of favorable conditions for internally displaced persons, which provides for reimbursement of labor costs to employers; introduction of a grant program along with financial assistance for those who want to start their own business; creation of a fast platform that provides up-to-date information for Ukrainian exporters who are ready to supply their products abroad during the war; creating a financing program to support Ukrainian exporters who need additional financing to fulfill their export deals due to a full-scale invasion.
