Abstract

The article analyzes information technologies that can improve the efficiency of consulting companies and provide them with new opportunities in interaction with the main stakeholders of this business. Various methods of communication with clients and project management tools used in the field of consulting business are covered. The authors of the article consider online project management tools as necessary tools for effective project management in companies. The importance of information platforms for modern business, in particular web resources as a channel of communication and a source of information about company services, is also emphasized by the authors. Overall, the article explores various information technologies and their role in improving customer communication and effective project management in today's business environment. Among the tools, the website is singled out as one of the important communication tools in the business environment. In particular, it is worth noting that the consulting company's website can host a variety of tools, such as a blog, forum, chatbot, feedback forms, and others, which contribute to effective communication with clients. This can increase customer satisfaction and increase their loyalty to the company. It is also important not to forget the importance of maintaining the website and its constant updating, as this is of great importance for maintaining the company's reputation and its position in the market. Therefore, for the successful implementation of an Internet project, it is important to ensure proper maintenance and regular updating of information on the site. Information technologies are an important and necessary component of modern business. Modern technologies will allow companies to be more competitive in the market, increase the volume of their business and improve interaction with customers.
