The purpose of the study is to deepen the theoretical aspects of anti-crisis management and to present the author's vision of the interpretation of the economic category "anti-crisis management". The work uses the methods of analysis, synthesis and theoretical generalization. Approaches to the formation of the mechanism of anti-crisis management in the conditions of martial law, as the main tool of risk management and prevention of bankruptcy of the organization, are highlighted. Based on the analysis of various approaches to the interpretation of the term anti-crisis management, the author's definition of the concept of "anti-crisis management" is proposed. It was noted that today the economy is facing such challenges that neither our country nor the rest of the world knew before. Russia's military aggression "rolled back" the Ukrainian economy far back, because in order to reach the economic status of at least the level of 2020, our country needs tens of years. Attention is focused on the key approaches to the formation of the anti-crisis management mechanism in the conditions of martial law, the need for a balanced approach to the organization's risk management in order to minimize undesirable consequences and the probability of bankruptcy of the business entity is emphasized. It was noted that Ukrainian enterprises were not ready for the upheavals of war, and this is quite understandable, because no country, no matter how economically developed, war is a terrible stress for the whole world. It is emphasized that the management of enterprises, when carrying out their economic activities, must take into account a number of new factors, new possible risks that can provoke the onset of insolvency of the enterprise and, as a consequence, the possible bankruptcy of the business entity, therefore, we emphasize the need, first of all, for preventive anti-crisis management. It was established that risk management should be carried out at all stages, because the earlier negative trends are detected and a set of measures are taken to neutralize them, the greater the probability of preventing possible bankruptcy in the future, since it is much more economically profitable to prevent the development of crisis phenomena at the enterprise than to fight with the acute phase later crisis.
