The article analyses the main innovative technologies used in personnel management of the organization. The purpose of the article is to develop theoretical recommendations regarding the further development of innovative technologies in the personnel management system of the organization. The authors' scientific approaches to the need to introduce innovative technologies in the personnel management system are considered. The principles of innovative approaches to personnel management are determined - adaptability, dynamism, self-organization, self-regulation, self-development. The classification of the personnel management system was established according to the following characteristics: by the factor of influence: external and internal; by subject of influence: individual and group; by hierarchy of influence: indirect and direct; by time of action: strategic, tactical, operational; according to the effect of the action: innovative, optimization, information, adaptive, integration; by function of influence: dismissal, motivation, assessment, training and development, search and selection, labour market analysis, planning, strategic management. The article describes modern information technologies used in the personnel management system, namely: Internet technologies (corporate websites, e-mail, social networks, professional unions, instant messaging programs); analysis of big data (identification of staff turnover, planning, strategy development, identification of personnel gaps); cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, BPMonline CRM, ASoft CRM, Bitrix24); artificial intelligence (chat-bots, ATS and CRM systems, VR (virtual reality) technologies, RPA platforms, ANN). It was concluded that the full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine increased the need for the transition of subjects of economic activity to electronic forms of employee interaction, including remote work mode and the activities of full-time specialists in the electronic communication environment.
