Abstract

The purpose of the research is theoretical and practical features of the coaching process, the main tools for use in the work of an HR specialist. The theoretical and methodological basis for the study is the achievements of domestic and foreign scientists, job search sites. The results were obtained by applying a system of methods: logical analysis, deduction, induction, grouping, classification, comparison, observation, graphical, tabular, and others. The theoretical features of the coaching process are considered, the types of coaching, namely life and business coaching, are investigated. The differences of this field of activity from other areas of assistance were studied, as well as the stages of how to become a certified coach were considered. Some tools (techniques) that are used by a specialist when working with a client have been studied, a tendency to change the number of vacancies, resumes for the positions of coach and training and development manager in Ukraine and the Lviv region has been identified. The average level of wages in Ukraine and Kyiv for this position is also studied. The practical significance of this study is that the analysis of the dynamics of the number of vacancies and resumes makes it possible to understand whether the profession of a coach in the labor market of Ukraine is in demand. It is also possible to predict trends in average wages, resumes and vacancies in the future, see what factors affect the increase or decrease in clients who turn to a coach and determine which tools are most effective when working with individual customer requests.
