In today's economic conditions, it is necessary to study the activities of those companies that are functioning and developing, as well as increasing their assets and profits. One of such companies is "Kyiv Roshen Confectionery Factory", which has successfully survived many crises, pandemics and is currently working during the war. During the writing of the work, the volumes of production and sales of products, its dynamics and structure were analyzed, as well as certain factors that influenced the change in sales volumes in 2022 were determined. According to the results of the study, a decline in the volume of production and sales of products in 2022 was revealed, which was the reason for the temporary production stoppage of the factory in the spring of 2022. Since the given data are fresh and up-to-date, the calculations made are of practical significance for further research. the survey showed that the Kyiv confectionery factory "Roshen" has a clear strategy of functioning and development and is ready to quickly adapt to the new reality and market conditions. The indicators of confectionery production in 2022 decreased in accordance with the indicators of 2021. The reason for this is a change in consumer demand, as well as factory downtime that occurred after the start of a full-scale invasion. The structure of demand also changed: purchases of cakes and pastries decreased, but confectionery products with a long shelf life, as well as sugar products, increased. This situation in the change of demand is inspired by the specifics of consumers' lives in 2022, the formation of reserves in case of a lack of light and other related moments.
