Control technology in the energy management system of municipal-owned enterprises

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the elements of control technology in the energy management system. To achieve this purpose, a number of general methods of scientific research were used: analysis and synthesis, abstract and logical, formalisation. The important role of energy management in solving energy saving issues has been proved. The main task of any technology is defined in the formation of the structure of the management process and methods of performing its individual operations. The main tools of formalization of control technology are defined. The importance of the corrective actions management subsystem in the energy management system is proven. A description of the sources of information on inconsistencies in the energy management system is provided. A list of documents for recording deviations in the energy management system has been created: acts, reports on process parameters, monitoring or audit reports, minutes of meetings, registration log. The list of operations of the corrective action management process is substantiated. A logical model of the process of control corrective actions in the energy management system is proposed. The proposed model provides an opportunity to constantly improve energy efficiency by eliminating deviations. The model formalizes the actions of personnel in the energy management system. The practical significance of the proposed logical scheme for managing corrective actions is that this model provides an opportunity to: carry out a detailed analysis of the causes of deviations; make a balanced management decision regarding the formation of corrective measures; implement corrective measures in accordance with internal standards; evaluate the effectiveness of corrective measures to prevent the recurrence of deviations.
