Abstract

The article explores the impact of artificial intelligence on the labor market. The object of the study is the influence of artificial intelligence on various aspects of the labor market, such as employment, the structure of workplaces, employee skills, and others. The purpose of the research is to analyze the impact of AI on work processes and the labor market; to identify key skills and competencies required by employees for successful adaptation to new requirements and opportunities arising from the introduction of AI technologies; to develop recommendations for the adaptation of employees and educational programs to changes caused by AI. The following methods were used during the study: analytical-monographic method in studying literary sources on the research topic; system analysis and synthesis, abstraction, logical generalization in determining the characteristics of the researched process; graphical method for visual representation of data; abstract-logical method for formulating conclusions based on the results of the analysis. The negative and positive consequences of the introduction of AI technologies are considered. It has been established that the introduction of AI leads to the automation of routine tasks, which may result in the disappearance of certain professions. It is argued that for successful adaptation to changes in the labor market, employees need to develop new skills, such as creativity, critical thinking, empathy, sociability, self-awareness, as well as practical skills related to the use of AI and others. Proposals have been made to minimize the negative consequences of artificial intelligence and maximize the use of its advantages. It was concluded that artificial intelligence is becoming a transformative factor in the labor market; creating both challenges and new opportunities. It is noted that adaptation to changes requires employees to constantly learn and develop new skills and competencies.
