Abstract

The human resources management and knowledge management at enterprises is studied as a key factor of competitiveness. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effective human resources management and knowledge management as a competitive advantage of the enterprise, with the aim of developing recommendations for the implementation of knowledge management in the organizational strategy in the context of human resources management.The research methodology included the analysis of literary sources and conducting empirical research aimed at studying the practice of human resource management and knowledge management at enterprises. The results confirmed that effective management of human resources and knowledge is a strategic necessity to ensure competitiveness.Modern approaches to human resource management consider not only the professional development of employees, but also the creation of conditions for the exchange of knowledge. Formation of the organizational strategy also determines the competitive advantages of the enterprise.The obtained results are important for scientific development in the field of human resource management. The practical significance lies in the possibility of implementing effective management strategies based on knowledge management at enterprises in order to increase their competitiveness.
