Abstract

International economic competition, crisis phenomena in the economy and the high dynamics of the creation and introduction of digital management technologies require the management of subjects of economic activity to use modern scientific and scientific-practical approaches to the management system, which can ensure rapid adaptation and their further development. The purpose of the article is to study the features of the use of innovative approaches in the management system of subjects of economic activity. In the process of conducting the research, the methods of system analysis, comparison, synthesis and analysis were applied, which made it possible to comprehensively consider the peculiarities of the use of innovative approaches in the management system of subjects of economic activity. A description of management approaches for the use of innovative technologies for managing subjects of economic activity is given, namely:; reproductive approach, marketing approach,integration approach, regulatory approach, optimization approach, process approach, administrative approach, functional approach, behavioral approach, situational approach and program-project approach. The indicators regarding the use of information and communication technologies at domestic enterprises were analyzed. The main threats that prevent the introduction of innovative approaches into the management system of subjects of economic activity were identified. It has been established that the use of modern innovative technologies in the management system of subjects of economic activity can be achieved by restructuring the system of organizing scientific research in accordance with the requirements of market relations and consumer needs, creating a system of information support for innovative activities using modern IT tools, forming a system for monitoring innovations in subjects of economic activity, forecasting of innovative development, implementation of the principles of innovative management.
