The purpose of this article is the development of applied principles for the formation of an enterprise development strategy, taking into account the glocalization aspects of market transformation. To achieve the goal of the work, the following modern special methods were used: MDS market development scenario matrix - to determine the state and prospects of product market development, SWOT analysis - to determine the direction of the company, taking into account the influence of external and internal environmental factors, forming the company's development strategy. On the basis of researched trends in the development of the rice market in Ukraine, it was established that the glocalization of the market had a raw material nature, which indicates the dominance of the export of rice grain itself, and not the products of its processing, which is a negative development trend. According to the results of the construction of a modified matrix of the development of rice production enterprises on the basis of glocalization, the feasibility of implementing a strategic direction of development for the enterprises of the industry, which consists in focusing on the production of products with high added value aimed at satisfying the demand in the domestic market, was substantiated. Based on the results of the conducted SWOT analysis and the built direction vector of PE "TRIADA-YUG", it can be concluded that the company, as a whole, has favorable opportunities in the external environment and, thanks to the dominance of its strengths, can effectively use them. This means that the company should focus on the implementation of measures that will be directed to the effective use of opportunities, such as trends in the consumption of gluten-free products and trends in the automation of production processes. The practical significance of the work is that the combination of analysis methods allows the enterprise to take into account the conditions of demand and consumer needs when forming a strategy for the development of an agrarian enterprise, as well as to reduce the impact of risks inherent in local markets.
