Abstract

The article considers the importance of last-mile logistics in the context of the modern market and identifies its key role in shaping competitive advantages for businesses. We used the following methods: logical and semantic, analysis, description, comparison, synthesis, etc. It is emphasised that effective last-mile logistics allows companies to significantly reduce costs, increase delivery speed and reduce the time required to process orders. The study found that these factors are critical for ensuring customer satisfaction and sales growth in the partner businesses of Nova Poshta LLC. The study of consumer needs highlights the main ‘pains’ faced by buyers and their impact on purchasing decisions. It is described that free delivery and returns, the ability to track parcels, as well as flexibility in choosing the time and date of delivery are important aspects that contribute to the growth of brand trust. The article analyses how these factors affect the consumer experience, highlighting their important contribution to increasing loyalty to companies. The article also discusses the latest trends in last-mile logistics, including the development of technologies that facilitate the delivery and return of goods, as well as cooperation with partner businesses. The case studies of companies such as Rozetka, Eldorado and Intertop demonstrate how partnership with Nova Poshta has had a positive impact on their business processes, reduced logistics costs and increased customer satisfaction. Scientific novelty. The studied trends and practical aspects of cooperation can serve as a basis for developing strategies for improving logistics processes in small and medium-sized businesses, which is critical for their competitiveness in the modern market. Practical importance. The article is of great practical importance for Ukrainian businesses seeking to optimise their logistics processes. It is emphasised that partnership with Nova Poshta LLC can serve as an effective tool for improving service and increasing sales.
