Abstract

Purpose. Development of scientifically based approaches to making management decisions in the field of agribusiness, taking into account modern information technologies, aimed at increasing the efficiency and sustainability of agricultural enterprises in conditions of uncertainty. Method. The study is based on an analysis of strategic, tactical, and operational management in the agricultural sector, as well as an assessment of the adaptive approach to decision-making in the context of uncertainty and risks. Particular attention is paid to the role of digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data analysis, blockchain solutions, and automated monitoring systems. Results. The integration of innovative technologies into the management processes of agricultural enterprises contributes to improving forecasting accuracy, optimizing production processes, and minimizing risks. This ensures the resilience, productivity, and competitiveness of agricultural enterprises in both domestic and international markets. At the same time, the challenges of digital transformation in agribusiness have been identified, including unequal access of small and medium-sized enterprises to advanced technologies, high implementation costs, and the need to enhance the digital literacy of managers. Scientific novelty. Despite existing research, issues of integrating modern information technologies into the process of making managerial decisions in agribusiness remain unresolved. In particular, methods of analyzing big data (Big Data), the use of artificial intelligence for predicting yields and market trends, as well as the implementation of decision support systems adapted to the specifics of the agricultural sector, require further study. Practical importance. Prospective directions for technological management development in the agricultural sector have been identified, and strategic recommendations for enhancing the effectiveness of managerial decision-making have been formulated. These findings can be utilized by enterprises to improve management activities, adapt to modern challenges, and ensure sustainable development.
