Abstract

The purpose of the study is to study the theoretical aspects of the formation of business models, analyze various concepts and approaches to their creation, and also determine the main stages that contribute to the development of new business models that can affect the success of the enterprise in the conditions of a modern dynamic economy. The study focuses on revealing the key factors that determine the effectiveness of business models, as well as on assessing their adaptability to rapid market changes and technological innovations. The study uses the dialectical method of studying economic phenomena and processes in their interrelation and development. Methods of analysis, synthesis and comparison are also used, which allow systematizing existing concepts of business modeling and identifying the most effective approaches. The structural-logical method is used to summarize the results and draw conclusions regarding the prospects for the development of business models in the conditions of digital transformation. The study conducted a theoretical analysis of the evolution of business processes, identified the main stages of their formation, and provided a description of the key components of business models. It was established that the success of a business model depends on the correct choice of its constituent elements, which include the value proposition, sales channels, customer interaction, revenue sources, key resources, main activities, partnerships and costs. It was noted that for the formation of an effective business model it is important to take into account modern technologies, such as digitalization, automation of business processes and the use of big data for strategic decision-making. The results of the study can be used to improve existing business models of enterprises and develop new ones adapted to the challenges of the modern economy. The proposed concepts and approaches to creating business models can be applied by company managers, analysts, strategic management consultants to increase the competitiveness of enterprises. The conclusions obtained can also become the basis for further scientific research in the field of business modeling, digital transformation and enterprise management in the global economy.
