The article explores the issues of risk typification, grouping, and register representation, which permanently arise during entrepreneurial activity. The aim of the article is to assess and identify economic risks that affect the conduct of entrepreneurial activity by Ukrainian businesses in the changing conditions of martial law. The following methods are used during the writing of the article: analytical, descriptive, generalization, and system approach. The article analyzes the significance of integral assessment for risk management, its role in determining priorities and developing strategies. The factors of the occurrence of various risk groups and their potential consequences for the enterprise are also analyzed. Furthermore, elements of the system approach can be distinguished, as risks are considered not in isolation, but in interrelation with the enterprise's activities and the external environment. The article provides a detailed explanation of the essence of integral risk assessment, its components (probability and impact), as well as the classification of different types of risks (production, technological, organizational, commercial, environmental). The conducted research helps to systematize the understanding of the complex of risks faced by enterprises, especially in the unstable external environment and geopolitical tensions characteristic of Ukraine. The necessity of applying integral assessment as a quantitative tool for determining risk priorities and developing effective management strategies is determined. Moreover, the article emphasizes the increasing significance of environmental risks, which requires their mandatory inclusion in the overall analysis to ensure long-term sustainability and responsible business conduct. The obtained results of the research conducted can serve as a theoretical basis for further scientific developments in the field of risk management and the provision of practical recommendations for improving entrepreneurial activity (increasing adaptability and competitiveness).
