Abstract
This article explores the potential of modern technologies – artificial intelligence (AI), enterprise resource planning (ERP),
and customer relationship management (CRM) systems – in optimizing business processes. The study aims to assess how these tools
contribute to improving business efficiency, identify existing limitations, and analyze the positive experience of companies that have
successfully implemented them in Ukraine and the European Union. The research applies a range of methods, including analysis,
synthesis, and generalization when working with literature sources; statistical and comparative approaches to evaluate the level of
technology adoption; graphical methods for visual data presentation; and abstract-logical reasoning for formulating conclusions.
The findings suggest that the integration of AI, ERP, and CRM systems significantly enhances business performance by automating
routine operations, improving decision-making, strengthening customer interactions, and reducing time and operational costs.
These technologies serve as valuable instruments for boosting competitiveness in increasingly digital and globalized markets.
Moreover, as digital transformation accelerates, the strategic implementation of AI, ERP, and CRM technologies is increasingly
viewed not only as a competitive advantage but as a necessity for long-term sustainability and growth. At the same time, the study
highlights several challenges, most notably the high costs of implementation and the necessity to retrain employees. These barriers
may hinder adoption, particularly among small and medium-sized enterprises. In conclusion, the effective integration of AI, ERP,
and CRM solutions into internal business environments is becoming a critical success factor for organizations. Further exploration
of their potential requires active involvement from the state, the academic community, and business stakeholders.
