Abstract

The article considers the modern management tools of the enterprise's functional divisions. The purpose of the article is to systematize the management tools according to the special management functions and to establish the mutual influence of the results of them use. During the scientific research, methods of analysis and generalization were used (to identify the essential characteristics and purposes of using management methods and tools), and the comparison method (to regulate management tools according to the special management functions and the stages of the operational process). The article considers inventory management models, equipment repair maintenance methods, the SMED system, project management methods, methods of setting priorities for order processing, rational staffing, quality management and control tools, and transportation optimization tools. Based on the results of the study, the management tools for performing special management functions were determined. At the preparatory stage of the operational process, the management of material and technical and raw material support, technical preparation of production and capital construction is carried out. To implement the above-mentioned functions of the management apparatus, inventory management models, equipment repair maintenance methods, the SMED system, project management methods should be used. The production stage involves the implementation of operational production management and quality management of finished products. To implement these functions, methods of setting priorities for order processing and rational staffing, as well as quality management and control tools should be used. At the final stage of the operational process, the management of finished product sales is carried out, for which transportation optimization tools are used. Systematization of management tools by functional areas of the enterprise will allow determining its content at different stages of the operational process, and ultimately simplify the manager's work.
