Abstract

The purpose of the article is to study the current state of entrepreneurial ecosystems in Ukraine under wartime conditions and to identify key challenges and opportunities for their development in the context of post-war economic recovery. The research outlines the process of adaptation of most business structures to crisis conditions and highlights the emergence of new entrepreneurial initiatives that have formed directly during the war. The article analyzes the structural elements of entrepreneurial activity, its interaction with other sectors of the economy, and evaluates the impact of state policy, international cooperation, and innovative technologies on the formation of a stable economic model. The key challenges facing the entrepreneurial environment in the post-war period are outlined, including financial constraints, workforce changes, and the need for modernization of production facilities. To achieve the set objectives, methods of analysis and synthesis, statistical and comparative analysis, as well as modeling of possible scenarios for the development of entrepreneurial ecosystems were applied. The practical significance of the article lies in determining strategic directions for stimulating entrepreneurial activity, particularly through the improvement of financing mechanisms, business process digitalization, and strengthening of regional clusters. The article also emphasizes the role of international support in the process of economic stabilization, Ukraine's integration into global markets, and attracting investments to accelerate recovery. This makes it valuable for shaping a comprehensive state policy aimed at creating favorable conditions for entrepreneurship development in the context of global economic transformations.
