Abstract

The article describes the features of the cyclical fluctuations of the economy and the main existing measures for their regulation. Defined the essential features of the interaction cycle, traced the direction of analysis general economic conditions. Highlights the main consequences of the global financial and economic crisis for the leading countries of the world, analyzed and highlighted the main activities countercyclical regulation of the economy, which can be used by developing countries. Focuses on the significant amount of expenses that accompanies a policy of counter-cyclical regulation of the economy. Allocated groups of costs associated with the implementation of activities counter-cyclical regulation of the economy, defined a brief description and examples of each of the group of costs. Presented some proposals to regulate the global financial system and the formation of an integrated system of countercyclical regulation in Ukraine, which is based on the experience of countercyclical regulation of the leading countries of the world.
