Abstract

In the article the modern condition of state regulation of production and processing of grain, as well as the promotion of exports of grain products. The necessity of strengthening government support grain production subcomplex AIC. Identified the priority directions of improvement of state regulation, that will help to increase the added value of this subcomplex. Emphasized the feasibility of improving the quality of regulatory legal standards and laws regarding financial support domestic grain production and processing industries within the grain production subcomplex. The study took further development of conceptual development strategy grain production subcomplex as one of the main links in maximizing the value added of AIC of Ukraine. As proposed to strengthen the role of government in the regulation of enterprises grain production subcomplex profitability by reducing the tax burden and improve the pricing policy of resources.
