Abstract

The urgency of application of innovative forms of management of industrial enterprises in the conditions of globalization, economic crisis and increase of competition on local and international markets is substantiated. The essence of the terms "subcontracting", "Center of subcontracting" is considered, the main directions of activity of this process in the conditions of the formation of the information economy are determined. The methods, principles and possibilities of financing of subcontracting centers with the help of international investors are described. A summary of the possible international investors of the Subcontracting Centers is presented. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the Center for subcontracting within the framework of the implementation of grant programs supporting the development of entrepreneurship in Ukraine, which are funded by the EU, are proposed. Target groups that may be interested in creating a Subcontracting Center are specified. The arguments about the expediency of the organization of the Center for subcontracting with the help of attracting international investments are presented.
