Abstract

Object of study. Strategies for economic and social development of territorial communities require constant monitoring and clarification of goals, objectives, programs and projects for their implementation. This process is quite complex both in terms of time and methods of its implementation. From the standpoint of terminology, it is called actualization. The study of the actualization of the development strategy of the city B-Dniester and was the object of this study. Methodology. The research methodology is formed by determining the clarification of goals, objectives, priorities and directions of sustainable local economic development of the city of B-Dniester, taking into account the needs and interests of the community. Results. The main purpose of the article is to assess changes in the socio-economic development of the city B-Dniester. The paper analyzes the socio-economic development of the city on various indicators and changes that have occurred in the community in recent years. During the study of socio-economic development was presented a project to update the strategy of economic and social development of the city of B-Dniester until 2028. Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty lies in the testing and practical application of the algorithm for developing an update of the strategy of economic and social development of the territory in relation to a particular territorial community. Practical and (or) theoretical significance. The obtained results will be further used to develop conceptual models for similar urban integrated territorial communities at the regional level.
