Abstract

The main purpose of this article is the study of principles, methods and instruments. It will be used to carrying out of transformation by post-war Ukrainian enterprises during European integration process. For this purpose, the following tasks were solved:economic potential`slosses of Ukrainian enterprises, based on expert assessment, were analyzed; global experience of financial assistance for countries in crisis (in particular that were triggered by wars) was considered;recommendations to search for sources of financing for post-war economic restoration, were shaped. Methods. To achieve the objectives in this article,the general scientific and special methods used.They are: dialectical approach, historical approach, logical approach, absolute and relative indicators and graphical method. Results. Dialectical essence for the process of system transition to a new quality, under the influence of disruptive external factors,was justificated. Expert data`s analysis was performed for economic lossesbecause of the war,shows significant amount of damage, caused for the national economy. This is allowed us to outlinethe revolutionary nature of economic potential changes for the domestic enterprises, in understanding of mastering for Euro integration. An evaluation of the historical experience for post-war and post-crisis countries rebuilding, based on international financial support, allowed to determine us the main principles attraction and using financial resources for economic transformation of post-war Ukraine. There are: mainly grant nature of external financing; credits of innovative and investment projects solely. The practical significance of the work lies in the formulation of the proposal about finding thesources of funding for the rebuilding of post-war Ukraine economic. The project approach is set, as the main method of financial resources attraction. It provided targeted use of financial resources. The key tools of ensure the formations of funding sources are: reparations from the aggressor country, creating trust funds of granted international financial assistance. Also, one of the key tools is a development of the programmes of cooperation between Ukraine and European Union countries. It is needed to obtain qualitative transformation`s results of domestic enterprises economic potential.
