Abstract
The aim of this research is to comprehensively assess the effectiveness of tools used in transforming the social security
system in enterprises during wartime and post-war periods. This involves analyzing existing social protection mechanisms, their
adaptability to extreme conditions, and identifying best practices to ensure employee safety and well-being. The research aims
to develop recommendations to enhance the efficiency of social programs and measures in enterprises, minimizing the negative impacts of war on employees and facilitating the rapid restoration of their social stability in the post-war period. To achieve
the research objectives, both quantitative and qualitative methods were employed. Quantitative methods included surveys and
questionnaires among enterprise employees regarding their experiences and attitudes towards existing social protection tools.
Statistical data analysis helped identify key trends and issues. Qualitative methods involved in-depth interviews with employees
from various industries, social security experts, and workers directly affected by military actions. The research also included
analyzing documents such as internal enterprise policies and state regulations governing social protection. The research results
indicate that the effectiveness of the social security system in enterprises depends on integrating economic, organizational,
socio-psychological, and legal factors. Enterprises actively implementing comprehensive employee support programs showed
higher levels of job satisfaction and productivity. The effectiveness of social programs is enhanced through financial stability, clear
safety procedures, access to medical services, and psychological support. The practical significance of the research results lies in
their potential use for developing and implementing effective social protection programs in Ukrainian enterprises. Implementing
the proposed measures will contribute not only to protecting employee rights and interests but also to the overall improvement of
the economic situation in the country during the post-war recovery period.
