  1. Editors Responsibilities
Editors are responsible for everything that is published in the collection.
The chief editor provides an impartial and timely review process. Scientific articles are reviewed by two external and independent reviewers. The editor can, if necessary, find additional experts who have relevant expertise in a particular field. The editor reviews all situations of potential conflicts of interest and self-quoted comments made by reviewers to determine if there is a potential for bias.
The chief editor and his deputy provide an opportunity to develop a transparency policy to encourage maximum disclosure of information about the origin of non-research articles [BMJ transparency policy: http://www.bmj.com/about-bmj/resources-authors].
The editor-in-chief regularly reviews and updates the composition of the editorial board.
The technical editor should publish articles submitted to the editors in accordance with the developed requirements, which are updated in accordance with the law and have a link to the compilation site.
The scientific editor decides whether or not to publish an article, which is based on the importance of the submitted material, the originality, clarity of presentation, reliability of the information contained and proximity to the subject of the collection.
  2. Responsibilities of reviewers
Reviewers conduct an independent expert assessment of the manuscript submitted to the editorial board. An expert assessment is defined as “receiving recommendations on individual manuscripts from a peer reviewer in the field of publication”.
Peer reviewed articles are treated confidentially before they are published.
Reviews are signed by the reviewer using a usual or digital electronic signature.
Reviewers are not allowed to use the information sent in manuscripts at their discretion.
  3. Duties of the author
The author(s) of scientific articles guarantee that they are responsible for the research provided in the editorial office. The distorted attitude of the scholar to the work submitted is considered a formal offense.
The author(s) should contribute to the development of scientific cooperation and integration into world science.
The author (s) makes changes in the manuscripts or corrects errors indicated by the reviewer or editor.
The author (s) must provide a manuscript, designed in accordance with the requirements specified on the website of the collection.
The presence of abuses in publications is the responsibility of the author.
  4. Publisher Responsibilities
The publisher provides a timely and high-quality edition of the collection that conforms to existing standards.

  • Manuscripts are not returned to the authors.
  • Editorial opinion may not coincide with the point of view of the authors of published materials.
